SunLight2® strives for accuracy; however:

- Lighting output, color, and performance may vary based on installation and environment
Engineering data should be verified before final application.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by SunLight2®.We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion. Custom or OEM orders are non-cancelable once production begins.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified at time of order. Taxes, shipping, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
For dealer accounts, separate pricing agreements may apply.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
SunLight2® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
Returns & Claims
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
Returns require prior authorization (RMA).
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 business days.

Warranty
SunLight2® products are covered by a limited warranty as specified in individual product documentation.
The warranty:
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship
- Does not cover misuse, improper installation, or modification
- Is limited to repair, replacement, or credit at SunLight2® discretion
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunLight2® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, including SunLight2®, are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Dealer & Trade Accounts
Dealer and trade accounts are subject to approval. SunLight2® reserves the right to approve, deny, revoke accounts, and modify program terms.
Compliance & Use
Products must be installed and used in accordance with applicable electrical codes and specifications. SunLight2® is not responsible for improper application or integration.
Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
